This vision of creating "Los Langostinos Restaurant" happened when Juan (From Santo Domingo, Guerrero) and Angelica (From Zacatongo, Jalisco) decided to pursue the journey of showing the Central Oregon community dishes that aren't commonly seen in these areas.

Especially the Langostinos. A simple description of them would be to consider them as a species of shrimp that is bigger than normal and that also has large tensils that are used to collect their food. They taste like a mix of  shrimp and lobster, so without a doubt, it is one delicious seafood you should definitely try out.

They also wanted to consider the future of this restaurant.

Instead of calling it "El Langostino" (Mentioning 1), they opted to call it "Los Langostinos" (Mentioning More Than 1) due to the fact that with luck, this will be a vision their 3 kids are going to keep alive for many more generations to come.

This restaurant located in Redmond, Oregon, seeks to offer new varieties of dishes from the sea, starting from our Langostinos, our Pescado Zarandeado or our Parilla De Mariscos.

Their final message to you is that all their food is prepared the moment you order it, ensuring that the freshness of your cuisine is always present. For that matter, your patience during our preparation is much appreciated, even though we do our best to make that time period as short as possible.
